Before the first coffee junkies faint from fright, we would like to make one thing clear: Cold brew coffee is not the same as cold coffee! Rather, it is coffee that has been allowed to steep in cold water for around 12 hours. This gentle method of preparation means that fewer bitter substances end up in the end product, which makes the coffee more flavorful. significantly milder taste and more digestible is more digestible.
And with the Daily Grind - Cold Brew Kit for coffee lovers you can prepare this coffee specialty yourself at home. In the kit you will find everything you need for the preparation apart from coffee beans: a Mason jar with handle, a coffee grinder with screw thread, a filter insert and a screw lid.
For the preparation all you have to do is insert the filter into the jar, screw the coffee grinder onto the jar, fill in the beans and grind. Then remove the grinder, pour cold water into the jar and screw on the lid. Then leave the cold brew coffee to infuse at room temperature or in the fridge for at least 8, but preferably 12 to 24 hours. Now just remove the filter insert and the coolest coffee in the world is ready.
Of course, you can enjoy the cold brew coffee on its own, but we also recommend combining it with ice cubes, milk, coconut milk or vanilla ice cream. :)
