A lootbox to bind them forever

Every now and then we get more special requests for our Lootboxbut a few months ago we received a very special request: David, our customer service manager, received a call from our customer Jan at the beginning of March. Jan wanted to know if it was possible to put an extra item in his Lootbox, but it shouldn't be just any item... but a ring - an engagement ring!

 

Jan and Rabea have been receiving the Lootbox for a long time and always unpack it together, so Jan had the idea of placing the ring in the Lootbox instead of in a champagne glass or on a pillow when he proposed. We really couldn't refuse such a great request from such a likeable nerd. 

Of course, the Lootbox had to look as much like a normal Lootbox as possible - Rabea couldn't be suspicious before she opened the box, after all, it was supposed to be a surprise. We therefore redesigned the Lootbox flyer especially for this special box, fished out the shipping label and handed Jan the finished but not yet closed Lootbox in person. Jan was then able to put the ring in the box, stick the original shipping label on it and pretend it had been delivered by DHL as normal.

Rabea was amazed when she found the ring and her response was: "Yes."
