When will the Lootboxes be shipped?

The shipping of the monthly Epic Lootbox and the Lootshirt are always delivered in several batches between the 8th and 15th of the month or the next working day (Mon. - Fri.). You should therefore receive your delivery a few days after the 15th at the latest, usually even earlier!

With a Legendary Lootbox (with a box with a fixed theme), the shipping date usually depends on when it is sold out. This is generally well before the end of the sale, which you can see on the Legendary Lootbox website website. The box will be with you no later than 14 days after the box is either sold out or the end of sale date has been reached.

How do I pay?

You have many different payment options with us. Credit card, Paypal, Google Pay or shopPay.
We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay credit cards.

The payment by direct debit is unfortunately no longer possible for new boxes. Unfortunately, we have had to discontinue this due to increasing costs, a sharp rise in fraud and major changes to our system. If you still have a current Lootbox that is still being paid by direct debit, you can either continue to do so or switch over. To do this, simply contact David at info@getdigital.de.

The first payment will be debited directly when you order the box. If you have a subscription, future boxes will always be debited on the 28th of each month.

What is the Lootbox upgrade?

In addition to the monthly Epic Lootbox you can order 1-3 additional items.

The theme and the exact price of these additional items will always be announced in the previous month. The items cost between 9.95 EUR and 14.95 EUR and have a value of at least double twice as much.

You can order the upgrade directly with your Lootbox or add or cancel it in your customer account at any time - regardless of the Lootbox.

How and when can I cancel?

You can cancel any Loot subscription with us at the end of any month: You will then no longer receive a box the following month. You can easily cancel your subscription online in your customer account with just a few clicks.
Or you can send an informal e-mail to info@getdigital.de with your name, your Lootbox billing address and the desired cancellation date.

A written notice of termination by post is possible, but absolutely not necessary and will not speed up or simplify anything.

What is the Lootshirt all about?

In (almost) every epic Lootbox you will also find the Lootshirt.

But you can also choose to only the Lootshirt without all the other cool items in the Lootbox. Then the Lootshirt subscription costs you only 12,95€ incl. shipping & VAT. Or 17,95€ as a single shirt without subscription.

And if you want to order a shirt for your partner or someone else additional shirt to the Epic Lootbox, you can also do this - as a shirt upgrade in your customer account. You will then have two shirts in different sizes in your Lootbox. This will also only cost you €12.95.

The shirt motif is always the same per month.

What color are the shirts?

The shirts are 99% of the time blackin rare exceptional cases (mostly due to the motif) there may be a different color.

Can I order a loot box from abroad?

Unfortunately, the Lootbox is currently only available in Germany and Austria.
This is not only because we can currently only send the Lootboxes to the EU, but also because they often contain German-language items such as games, comics, books or cards that we are unable to translate.

However, we are working on an international version of the epic loot box, which we hope to be able to offer without restrictions throughout the EU soon. :)

Can I specify a packing station as my address?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible for new orders. But we are working on it and will hopefully be able to offer this very soon.

Since I live near you, I would like to pick up the items.

Please understand that in order to keep the price as low as possible, we have to keep the workload as low as possible. We have service providers who do some of the packing and shipping for us. This means that we do not select individual parcels from the quantity and put them aside for collection.

Can I have the loot box item sent with an order in one package?

The packaging and shipment of products from the loot box are independent of our normal shipping process - therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to combine a regular order and a loot box delivery.

What if I move or my size changes?

You can easily change the delivery address and shirt size in your customer area on getDigital.de.
Alternatively, we are of course always happy to help you by e-mail at info@getdigital.de further.

I can't access my lootbox management. What can I do?

You probably completed your Lootbox (long) before July 10, 2024. This means that you are still in the "old" lootbox system. You can therefore find the login for your loot box management on https://nexus.getdigital.de/account/lootbox.html
You can still manage your subscription there as normal, book or cancel upgrades and continue to do everything else that was previously possible.

Lootboxes that were completed after 10.07.2024 will be here managed.

Can I specify which shirts or gadgets I already have?

The particularly low price is also based on the fact that everyone always gets the same thing - so unfortunately you can't specify what you already have from us.
But we promise you that in none of our lootboxes will contain the same item twice. twice.

Why do I keep seeing a unicorn and this octopus monster?

The "octopus monster" is called Cthulhu and is an ancient god who will one day awaken in his home at the bottom of the sea and plunge the world into madness and chaos! At least that's what the many stories about him say ;)
He was invented by the horror author H.P. Lovecraft in 1928. You can think what you like about this gentleman, but his invention has been widely disseminated throughout the fantasy genre by many other authors, directors, comic artists and game developers.

For us, Cthulhu and his girlfriend the unicorn are the mascots of the Lootbox and our entire brand. Whenever you see the two of them together somewhere, you know, getDigital is not far away. :)

What else do I need to know?

  1. To speed up the shipping process, we do not enclose an invoice with the parcels - you will receive the invoice by e-mail.
  2. You will also receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail when your monthly Lootbox is on its way to you.
  3. You can cancel the first Lootbox of a contract up to 14 days after receipt. However, you cannot cancel further boxes. However, you can cancel these on a monthly basis as described above.
  4. If there are any problems, for example if a shirt or gadget has a defect, please submit the case here: https://nexus.getdigital.de/infos/reklamation.html
    You will then receive a replacement immediately!
