The thing with the Doctor and tea is well known, we won't repeat it again. However, what he didn't consider: there is nothing worse than cold tea and an cold cup of tea is almost unacceptable... Especially when you're a busy world and time traveler, you quickly forget the freshly brewed coffee or tea and both become exponentially cold. Especially in those small, elegant, British teacups.
As so often, the TARDIS had to come to the rescue again with this problem, and we managed to make it adapt at least a little. OK, it still looks like a police box, but at least it has grown a handle. :) Additionally, you can now remove the roof. Ideal for a large hot beverage of your choice.
Although the ceramic TARDIS is not bigger on the inside than it appears (this effect must have been lost when growing the handle), it is still larger than most mugs. It holds over 450 ml, which feels like 983 small teacups (actually about 2-3).
Otherwise, the TARDIS has lost nothing, all inscriptions and signs are still in place. Since it is made of ceramic, it does not rust and can be easily washed. Only dishwasher and microwave are not so great for it. ;)
