Are you a fan of the Star Wars movies and have always wanted to own a real lightsaber? That's now (almost) no longer a problem:
This official reproduction of Luke Skywalker's lightsaber from 'Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back' comes very close to the original: The blade made of Plexiglas with 64 built-in super bright LEDs lights up almost like a real lightsaber and realistically extends and retracts when turned on and off. Additionally, the sword features original sounds digitally recorded from the movies: turning on and off, standby, movement, and impact are registered by a sensor and acoustically accompanied accordingly. To get an impression of the sword when it's on, it's best to check out the reality pics.
The noble handle is made of metal and features many details from the original films; a stand is also included, in which you can decoratively display the sword (see additional pictures).
The lightsaber requires 6 AA batteries and has a length of 1.20m. The blade is not suitable for heavy combat, but careful sparring is possible.
Due to high demand, the lightsaber is currently not available; we expect a restock around mid-June. You are welcome to pre-order the lightsaber, and your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of goods. If you order other items along with the sword, we will of course make a partial delivery and ship the lightsaber within Germany free of charge. Unfortunately, we have to charge additional shipping costs outside of Germany.
