Not everything was better in the past, but sometimes it was simpler. You could text and play Snake all day and still only needed to charge your phone once a month. Thanks to smartphones, we are now so well connected that there would be no time left for Snake anyway. The only catch: these wonderful devices with high-resolution color displays are thirsty and want to be charged daily. This can quickly go wrong and suddenly you find yourself without any connection to the outside world because the battery is empty. Practically like a caveman. And you start reading the ads on the bus out of sheer boredom... horrible.
In such moments, you wish for an iron reserve, like the good old gas can in the trunk. And that's exactly what this little can does, except instead of gas, it contains an additional battery and instead of a spout, it has a Micro-USB plug. ;) With it, you can give your smartphone an extra charge of energy as soon as the battery level dangerously approaches 0.
You can easily charge the emergency charger on the PC with a common Micro-USB cable. This is not included, but anyone who owns a smartphone also owns at least one corresponding cable. ;) (At this point, we should once again thank the EU for the Micro-USB standard, which has put an end to the mobile phone adapter industry.)
A canister charge is enough for about 20-30 minutes of additional talk time, of course, longer with passive use. Once charged, the battery holds the corresponding energy for at least a month. To charge the smartphone, simply 'unscrew' the lid and connect the plug to the phone. Important: to charge, you must activate the small switch on the top. If the control light is blue, the smartphone is charging. The battery has a capacity of 220 mAh and a charging current of 600mA.
To ensure the reserve is always at hand, the canister can simply be attached to the keychain.
